# Telegram

AI agents can send Telegram messages directly to chats or channels. Install [ActlysAIBot](https://t.me/ActlysAIBot) to get started. 

**Note:** the bot can only message users who have previously started it or public chats where the bot is a member. 

Every target must have an <mark style="color:orange;">@username</mark>.

### 1. Send a text message

Examples:

* Send “Demo starts now” to @tom.
* Send “New blog post is live, <https://actlys.ai/blog/launch”> to @ActlysAI.
